The Water Polo Olympic Developmet Program begins soon, on November 20-21. During these dates players will be able to try out all around the country to be able to be one of the members of their Zones team. In the Zones team are the best players from their region allowing them to combine their abilities and compete against all the other parts of the country. The try-outs will take place on November 20-21 and will be a 2 day, 12 hour try-out. Making it the most intense gameplay these players have had. The people that make it onto this team will have many opportunities available to them once they do. Being observed by college scouts and other prominent coaches, allowing them to be recognized nationally.
Most of the time the best Zone teams comes from the South West Zone(Cali.) most of the times they will be able to defeat all the other Zone teams and earn most of the recognition. This is mostly because Water Polo is very big in California, allowing them to have more people pursuing the sport and allowing them to have better competition with one another.
